The Moore & Wright 100 Series Vernier Calipers have a standard workshop model design, with a stop screw and assembly slider. They are made of hardened alloyed stainless steel and have a chromed scale with engraved graduations. The calipers allow 4-way measurement and the measuring surface is micro-lapped.

The calipers are manufactured to DIN 862 standards.
