The Master Lock Pre-Assembled Spring Clamp Tie-Down is simple and easy to use. Adjust the length of the strap by using the easy to use push button. It has 2 x S hooks with security clips that keep the strap attached to the anchor points even when it's not under tension. The strap trap™ will secure the excess strap during the transportation of the load and store the strap easily when not in use.
